If you’re dissatisfied with any CoinTools software product you purchased from, you may contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 30 days after your purchase date unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

3. Payment of refunds

In case your request is judged grounded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Wallet Address or original method of payment, generally within 5 working days since your request has been approved.
